Rules for the processing and protection of personal data of users of our services and internet platform.

The administrator of personal data processed within the ilit.pl platform is ILIT. Contact with the administrator is possible electronically at: contact@ilit.pl.
2. Purpose and scope of data collected
We process personal data such as: e-mail address, first name, last name, Tax Number (VAT/NIP in case of business accounts) in order to provide services, maintain an account in the client panel and business contacts. These data are voluntarily provided by the user during the registration and purchasing process.
3. Sharing data with third parties
We do not resell or share our clients' information for advertising purposes. Exceptions are companies providing services to us (e.g. payment providers or hosting servers), with whom we have adequate data processing agreements.
4. Cookies
The platform uses cookies for correct and secure authorization (maintaining a logged in session) and for analytical purposes facilitating adjusting the quality of our services.
5. Security
We store personal data on secure, certified servers. We use top-tier cryptographic encryption in communication (SSL/TLS certificate) protecting log-in and passwords against interception.
6. User rights
Every user has the right to view their own data, modify/update them or permanently delete them. In the Client Panel settings, it is possible to independently enforce these rights; in case of doubt, we invite you to contact us by email.
