Terms of Service

Rules for using the ilit.pl platform, terms of providing programming services and parties' obligations.

Last updated: May 7, 2026

1. General Provisions

These Regulations define the rules for using services offered by the ILIT brand, operating under the domain ilit.pl, including the rules for ordering projects and general terms of cooperation.

2. Definitions

Client - a natural or legal person using the proprietary platform or services in any way. Service Provider - ILIT, providing Web Development services, including PWA and backend servers.

3. Terms of Service Provision

The service provider undertakes to execute the subject of the order (e.g. a web application) based on a mutually agreed and paid-for specification selected asynchronously via the Client Panel. The Client provides all necessary information no later than 3 days before the estimated start of work.

4. Payments and settlements

We use verified payment gateways. The entire cost of a stage/milestone is paid upfront based on the estimate. In the event of failure to meet the service provider's technical standards (e.g. discontinued support), the Client receives a guarantee of a full refund for that stage.

5. Security and IP

Property rights to the created proprietary source code and UI/UX projects are transferred 100% to the Client immediately after the final payment session (unless the site is the base property of a SaaS environment, which would be specified in the contract).

6. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law applies. ILIT reserves the right to change this document.
